  • By clicking on the 'Click here to become a member' link, you will be directed to the official registration page of Cleaning Star Group.

  • Enter your service area based on the regions you want to cover. For example, if you don't want to travel more than 25 km from your property, indicate 25 km. If you don't want to receive service requests or if you are a recruiting member, set this parameter to zero.

  • If you were referred by a member of Cleaning Star Group, make sure to enter their referral number here. You will immediately become part of their team.

  • At this stage of the process, providing your business number is optional. However, please note that you will be required to obtain a GST and QST number within two weeks of your application being accepted by theCSG administrators.

  • CSG checks the credit history of all its members. You must be free of any personal or professional bankruptcy for 7 years or more to be accepted. Therefore, you will need to electronically sign the document attached in this section and upload it to the designated tab. Please note that CSG will also check for any criminal records in your file. You must have no records in your file to be accepted.

  • You will find a explanatory text on the establishment of commissions.

  • Download the service agreement. This is an official contract that binds you to Cleaning Star Group. You will find all the information regarding the standards that govern your membership. Your hourly rate is also indicated, along with detailed information on commission sharing. We encourage you to read this document carefully. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Our transparency is one of the keys to our success!

  • You have reached the final step of your membership. The cost is only $150 and is payable just once. It will be refunded if, for any reason, Groupe Ménage Star decides to reject your application. Payment is made through the secure Stripe platform.
