  • By determining your needs with our system, in less than 60 seconds, we will directly refer you to our members closest to your home.

  • Thanks to our search system, we will present you with the best candidates to meet your needs. You will have the opportunity to review their profiles before submitting your request to the one you have chosen.

  • Once you have submitted your service request to the professional, all that’s left is to fill in your user information so the member can contact you. Your client account will then be created.

  • Once your request is sent to the member, they will have up to 48 hours to respond to you.

  • Once the member has accepted your request, a communication chat will be activated on your profile. You can then communicate through this system. All that’s left is to schedule the work!

  • An invoice will be sent to you by Cleaning Star Group once the cleaning is completed. You will need to make the payment through the secure Stripe platform, for which a link is available in your user account. Cleaning Star Group will then handle the transfer of the owed amounts to the respective providers.

  • All contracts with Cleaning Star Group can be terminated at any time, without fees. However, out of respect for our providers, we ask that you notify them in writing via the Cleaning Star Group communication chat within a reasonable time frame.
